Here's another tip by Black Ice!!! You can Make Money and Train with...... Ankou's!!! They're Level's are 75, 82 and 86!!! They provide good experience and good drop's too! Ankou's drop Bones ( Not A Big Deal ), Adamant Arrows, Black Robe, Runes, Jewel's, Noted Item's and More! They can be found in two area's only! Wilderness Volcano ( Level 82 ) and Stronghold Of Security ( Last Level ). Ankou's hit quite hard too, with the Max Damage of 8 ( Even If Your Wearing Rune Armor! ). So it's best that you have have High Defence and Level 39 In Magic. If you are Level 39 In Magic, use Crumble Undead Spell. This Spell will Hit Ankou's Hard!!! They also drop Runes, Staff's ( Any ), Wizard Hat, Wizard Robe and Talisman's ( Mind, Water, Earth and Fire ). Lesser Demon's drop Ashes, gp's ( Gold Pieces ), Runes, Iron and Steel Arrow's and many more! They give quite good experience. They can be found in Crandor Island, Wizard's Tower ( Caged ), Melzar's Maze ( In The Basement ), Karamja Dungeon, Lava Maze and Wilderness Volcano.
