They can be found in the Edgeville Dungeon, Lava Maze ( Level 33 Wilderness), South-East of Clan Wars near the hunter area ( Level 18 wilderness ). They also provide good experience and they always drop Big Bones!!! Big Bones are expensive and good for prayer experience! But the best area to train on Hill Giants is Edgeville Dungeon! Although it my get very crowded in there, but its still a good place to train. Try finding low player servers or Pvp worlds ( Warning! Pvp world's are DANGEROUS! You may get killed by other players and lose all your precious items! ) Plus! The Edgeville dungeon is very close to the G.E. ( Grand Exchange ) and bank! If you go there once you may earn up 12+k if you sell items they drop in the Grand Exchange! That's all, More tips will come soon!
